Kate Kellogg is the David J. McGrath Jr Professor of Management and Innovation<\/em>, a Professor of Business Administration\u00a0at the MIT Sloan School of Management.<\/p>\n

Kate's research focuses on helping knowledge workers and organizations develop and implement Predictive and Generative AI products, on-the-ground in everyday work, to improve decision making, collaboration, and learning. She shows how organizations can gain user acceptance and effective use of intelligent products and services by including users in the technology design process, providing training to give employees the skills they need to work with intelligent technologies, and designing the technologies with employees in mind.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Kellogg wins Jamieson Prize<\/h2>

Kate Kellogg and Rodrigo Verdi\u00a0<\/a>were each awarded the 2021 Jamieson Prize for Excellence in Teaching, established to honor educational innovation and excellence. The Jamieson Prize for Excellence in Teaching Award is the most prestigious teaching prize offered by the School. The award was established in 2006 and is awarded each year to two MIT Sloan faculty members,\u00a0 as well as two electrical engineering and computer science faculty members, for their contributions to educational excellence at MIT.
