Keith is a Senior Lecturer in System Dynamics at the MIT Sloan School of Management.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Drawing on his experience working in the automotive industry, David studies consumer behavior, firm strategy and the formation of markets for emerging automotive technologies. His research examines issues including spatial patterns of technology adoption, supply&nbsp;constraints in production, platform competition, and the impact of new technologies on&nbsp;energy consumption and the environment.<\/p><p>David has received several awards for his research, including a Fulbright&nbsp;scholarship, an Alcoa Foundation Fellowship from the American-Australian&nbsp;Association, and a Martin Family Sustainability Fellowship from the MIT Energy&nbsp;Initiative. &nbsp;David previously worked for Holden, the Australian subsidiary of General Motors, and URS&nbsp;Corporation, a global engineering and environmental consultancy.&nbsp;<\/p><p>David holds BEng (Hons.), BCom, and MEnv degrees from the University of&nbsp;Melbourne (Australia) and a PhD from the MIT Engineering Systems Division.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>        <\/div>\n        <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Biography David R.
